Digital or “In Real Life”

The mission of an HR team is complex to say the least. Expectations for the team vary considerably depending on where in the organization you are. Even within teams, there are often varying perceptions of the mission, what role you play and for whom. HR teams have both driven the crisis work and also been affected by the consequences of the global pandemic. With our combined experience and expertise, we have created a development effort with the aim of increasing the power, efficiency, cooperation within the HR team and to provide greater clarity around the team members’ individual goals, strengths and driving forces. The value of the effort will be an increased common clarity about identity and mission within the team and the organization and increased perceived meaningfulness, both as a group and individuals.

The format is a full-day workshop and two follow-up half-day workshops every 6 months. A coaching approach permeates the facilitation and participant dialogue.

This development effort is done in collaboration with Anders Henriksson. Anders is an HR generalist with solid experience from both private and public sector. With management roles in such diverse businesses as the airline Falcon Air to Malmö City, Anders has insight and understanding of the HR department's internal and external challenges. In his role as a consultant, he focuses on the development of organizations, work groups and individuals. He is a certified coach and certified in the GDQ and the Career Model.
